Certain candidates who have

Demonstrated their inadequacy

During their tenure, come out

And mention all the things that

They have done to improve the

Country. How you won’t need

Two jobs to make ends meet

And how the cost of travel will

Go down so you can afford to

Take a family vacation. It all

Sounds great to those who do

Not have the ability to think

For themselves. And when the

Candidate blames the prior

Administration for the condition

A loud applause is given. Darkness

Will be overcome by the light

Eventually but in the meantime

Those who like the candidate

Refuse to be moved by the truth.

All the things that were working

For the country when this

Administration took over were

Cancelled on day one when the

President, under the control of

His influencers signed them mute

By fiat. So, we were left with an open

Border, and higher prices.

A pontoon plane flew

By the house today at

Window height and

Making the noise that

Planes do. it was a

Pleasant sight and

Brought forth the feeling

That you wished more

Would come by oftener.

A huge eagle was released

In a mountain region. The

Hope was that it would find

Its way. The body of the

Bird was as large as a human’s

And it did manage to fly away

After first dipping into the

Valley. If one that large flew

By my window I would definitely

Be spooked. Nature has

Provided us with an array

Of birds, large and small.

We are very lucky to be living

In a beautiful safe place, where

There is a variety of the many

Things God has given us.

I think of all the people

Who go about their business

Without consideration for

Those they are dealing with.

The disregard manners and

Plunge into their objective.

They are not scolded or

Punished for bad behavior

So they feal vindicated, but

They have forgotten about the

Will of God which is above us

All. We are mortal and mortals

Think that they can dominate

If they can without regard

For those they dominate. But in

The end there is a price to pay.

We must honor God and respect

Our fellow humans regardless

Of the situation. If we don’t we

Will find ourselves swirling like

Chaff headed for the fire. The

Answer is to always be kind.

Here I sit alone, looking out

Of the window and with the

Exception of the trees and

Flowers see nothing but

Gray. It has already rained

And more is expected.

It is typical this time of year

People on vacation are

Disappointed and feeling

Like they should have stayed

At home. They didn’t however and

Now must bear the consequences

Of their decisions. They can

Sit around the table and play

Games or just talk about things

Important to them or about

Previous vacations they have

Enjoyed. Life is a mystery. We

Never know for sure where its

Paths will take us. If we are

Lucky the trip will be joyous

But as is the case this year

The road is rough and troublesome.

The Baptist says he

Is not the Messiah but

Waa sent ahead of him.

The bride belongs to the

Bridegroom. The one

Attending the bridegroom

Waits and listens for him,

And is joyful when he hears

His voice. The Baptist says

Says that the joy is his, but

The bridegroom must become

More and the Baptist less.

The one from above is above all

And the one from the earth

Belongs to and speaks for the

Earth. No one at first accepts

The testimony of the one who

Comes from above. When he

Finally accepts the word of God

He is given the Spirit without limit.

Distance existed

Several states

Nameless counties

A safe distance

Misgivings existed

Excuses offered

Verification impossible

Heart strings strummed

You become a facilitator

Stand in the way of growth

Fail as a teacher as

Pupil playing hooky

Look at the miles

So many cities

Task mastering difficult

Easier to give pity

There comes a time

To end the nonsense

Hae to walk the line

But there is no line

With drugs and alcohol

So, the journey continues

And the cold winds swirl

As he lays there dying

MY EVENT

Today I head to the hospital

In Marquette to have my

Gallbladder removed. This

Will be the third attempt.

The first two were cancelled

Because of infection and

Concern over my lungs and

Heart. I had tests and

Everything was satisfactory.

So, here I go. Wish me well

And remember me in your

Prayers. The operation is

To be on the 25^th. I think

About the doctor and what

She has going on in her life

That could affect her work

On me. We all have attitudes

And sometimes they make

Us behave contrary to our

Norm. it is human nature

To have off days when we do

Not perform up to par. I trust

That she will be at the top of

Her game and will pray that

She does a satisfactory job

So I can be back home at

Least by the 26^th. Amen.

The day was bright

No sunshine, but

Almost blinding gray

Clouds. Nature is not

Predictable. Before you

Know it there is rain and

Then finally some sunshine.

Birds are scarce today and

There is no noticeable breeze.

Outside work can be done

Without much suffering.

Bugs are not out biting and

It is almost joyous to be

Outside. The lake water is

Very calm and no boats

Or play toys are visible.

I am inside feeling a slight

Chill. I am waiting for an

Operation on my gallbladder

Which is scheduled for

The 25^th of July. This will be

The third attempt with

Infection getting in the way

Of the first two attempts. A

Week from now I hope I am

Sitting right here and healed.

I love art and try to enjoy

Every piece I see. I look

At the technique the

Artist used. My favorite

Artist is Vincent van Gogh

He was a miracle and

He also could write lovely

Letters to his brother.

When I look at art I am

Filled with the desire to

Do everything I do as well

As I can. I am aroused

This way. The impressionists

Each had their own unique

Way of painting and they

Are often imitated. It is

Difficult to come up with

Original renderings, so I

Can understand why some

Artists copy others. Original

Work is the way to go. It is

Available in all price ranges.

Always buy because you like

The work not because you

Hope to make money on it.
