I’m impressed, Steve…did not know you were a writer until recently. Even though, I, too, am a writer, I have a difficult time writing and understanding poetry. I had an English teacher who told me, Barbara, you have to suffer when you write poetry. Believe me , I did. My interest is in writing short stories, and I do.
I received you holiday card, and was happy to be updated. My condolences on the passing of your dear son.
All well here. Lots of rain, very little snow.
Do take car of you sweet self.

Thank you, Barbara. I write every day. It is good therapy. Sometimes the flow is so fast that it is hard to write it down. There are times of block, but I find ways of getting around that. Thanks for your sympathy. I miss him and all the lost years. Drugs and alcohol are not good. He was well-liked, gave advice, but was reluctant to take any. There were 200 people at his memorial in Bozeman. Carol said when she first held him, that this little bugger was going to make a lot of people happy. We lost a great child who went astray. Lots of snow up here. We endure. Be at peace. Steve
