I put a dot with my pencil

on my pad. I look at it,

just a dot. What is the point?

I think about it as I, too, am

puzzled. There is a point.

I can see it and I want to have

the meaning or significance

seep into my brain. I think,

what is the point of this or

what is the point of that.

I look at the condition of

the world and why must

it be this way. That is a

point worth considering.

Why is there always a bully

on the playground who is

usually a coward. You know

they exist. In politics, the one

with the loudest voice is the

intimidator. Many good ideas

are shot down because of this

loudmouth. It is ego, power, and

control.  The same things happen

on the world stage. The dictator

with the biggest gun keeps the

rest of the world in check. If he

should nudge for more territory,

there is usually a breakout of war

or certain groups of people are

annihilated. We wonder what is

the point in all of this and that is

just the point. The evil forces are

usually conquered by the enemy

or disease, and we have a reshuffle

of power. It will go on this way

because this is the way of mankind.

Whe the Supreme Being has had

enough then the big curtain will

come down and man will be

rewarded according to his deeds.

Then we will all see the point.

So many people are

right in their own minds, but

they forget about the

commandment of love. It is

one simple word and so

many times it has been forgotten

that we should all drop our heads

in shame. When we look back

In our world, we must be aware

that many are not familiar with

the value of love or have forgotten

about it, if they ever knew about

it in the first place. To love is

to give of yourself and when

you give it is given back and

happiness prevails, and

goodness is manifested.

It is a beautiful Wednesday

morning and possibilities

for renewal and learning are

here and may be life-changing.

That is what we should pray

for and wish for.

The Lord is our portion

and we should all be

seeking Him.  He is

the place of respite

and we go to Him

seeking comfort and

council. He will not

turn us away but will

welcome us s followers.

He is the final source

of inspiration for us.

ItI is in Him that we

will find salvation and

a deliverance from our

sinful ways. Humbling

ourselves is not easy

as pride gets in the way

but the result of humility

is liberation and a renewed

feeling of self-worth.

We thank God for His

mercy and love. There

is no other way.

Your truth will prevail. We will

Be called out of the darkness

Into your light. The chaff will

be separated from the wheat.

We will exalt the lord, and he

will be at our side. We will not

be alarmed by the reward for our

goodness. The evil ones sought

to control and committed dark acts.

There is only one who has total

control, and he was humble and

sent his son to die on the cross

for our sins. His son taught us all

that we had to know to gain heaven.

All is well when we follow his precepts.

I sit alone in this great house

of worship. It is quiet and dark.

A few candles are burning, and

the light has a way of getting

through. I try to be open to the

desires of the creator. I try

not to okay judgments but

think of all the possibilities

which go by us with none

of us stepping up in service

to Him; to address what we

could do and want to do with

the aid of His grace and help.

We need his light, and it is

very intimate in this dark building.

Life goes on in many ways around

the world. Politicians and dictators

attempt to control. With Gods

grace we will overcome; following

His precepts and committing to

do good; love Him and our neighbor.

Be willing to share His light.

The giving is fulfilling.

Hearing of angels and trying

to remember our place among

them is quiet different than being

a human angel and having the

responsibility of observance,

recording and, reporting and

then moving on to the next

observation post. Having a

place among angels is quite

different than being one with

expectations from a higher

authority. We pray that

He has mercy on the human

sinner but have no say in the

outcome. This is not a court,

and most are aware of their

duty to Him. Sometimes we

hear voices of distress, almost

a plead for help, but we are

only observers. We may pray

for them but have no other

influence on them what-so-eve.r

life is a gift and even I,

a human angel, must be thankful

for it and also the assignment

which came with it.I can only

do my work as defined and

hope it is satisfactory to Him.

I want to be with Him when the

saints come marching in.

It is a cold start to winter

but the children relish it

so much that they play in

the snow and the

seven-degree temperature.

The wind is not blowing

which makes it less harsh.

I think of times when we

are offended and instead

of being like little children

and accepting it, we can

easily get bitter and become like

the wind making things worse.

We place ourselves above it

all as though we are perfect

and do not allow the same

for others. We are bold waiting

at the door for others to make

mistakes instead of waiting

for the Father to come knocking

and telling us that everything will

be alright and that we should

be observing the goodness in

others rather than looking

for evil. We have one life.

Shouldn’t we be looking for

joy for ourselves and others.

Let us keep them warm by

letting them know that we

care for their success now

when it is cold and always. Amen

We think all is well if things

are going well for us, but if

any one of us is suffering in

anyway, then, all is not well.

We have the inherent

responsibility to take care

of our brothers and sisters

and make sure they heal

properly and get back on

the road of righteousness.

It is not a responsibility to

be taken lightly, and it is

not always an easy task.

We may be required to go

to the fringes and spend

our valuable time helping

others. It should be a

familiar place; this is where

Jesus wants us. We should

find happiness there as

we are doing the work he

has put us in place to do.

Lord Jesus, come into my

heart and awaken me to

what I have to do in order

to e your follower. I will

help in the fringes and

support those who are

on the front lines of the

struggle. You have gifted

me with the opportunity and

it is up to me to use it in

serving you. It is easy to

get off this path but with

your help, I will persevere.

I want to be your right hand

man. Amen.
