Like the deer that yearns for

Running streams, so you

Should be if you are to be

Called wise. Yearn for the light

You are thirsting for. The light

That will take you out of darkness.

To be lost is one thing, but to be

Lost because you put yourself

In a bad situation and pride

Has left you isolated and you

Look in the wrong places for

Answers is  not good. You must

Break yourself of the bondage to evil.

Break the chains and look for Jesus.

And His light will overcome all

Darkness. We welcome this gift.

We would be lost without it.

Life can be conflicted. We hear

Many calls, but cannot answer

Them all. We must pray for guidance.

Let the answers unfold according

To His will.

The crowd was fed,

two smelt and five loaves. 

Five thousand people partook,

had their fill and went home.

The baskets of leftovers

were collected and

distributed to those in need. 

This is called getting past seven,

moving on to eight and beyond. 

A wondrous goal and

Still, while holding His hand,

we can and must succeed. 

Food for the soul,

sing the blues,

sing praise and hallelujah.

Give thanks for the boy with

the five barley loaves and the two fish. 

They became worth six months wages. 

Honor the Blessed One. 

He knew when to test. 

Now we must walk in those footsteps. 

He told us everything we needed to know. 

It is up to us. 

The Holy Spirit will help.

Five plus two equal eight and beyond.

Trust in the ways of the Lord.

Changed to Pizza

Home cooked

Brains were fried

On cigarettes, joints and

Songs that we were picking

Accessories from nowhere

Added spontaneously

Stomping on the floor

Clapping hands

High volume

Low meekness

Tying new songs

Adding new words

Starry, starry nights

No one would understand

They didn’t know how

Perhaps they never will

We had our duty

Never stop trying

Giddy and happy

There was no lying

Images were flying

On a cold autumn night

Waves from the southeast

Caught sparkle from the moon

Our hearts were lifted
