My world is writing poems
And musings. Landscaping
Also calls me. I love the beauty
So sweet in nature, the flowers
And birds, a gaggle of geese.
I love the shoreline, the crashing
Of the waves; a rising sun and
A full moon. I have had hurdles
Health problems and age.
I am not perfect, but I stay
Focused on what I hope matters.
I look and learn, am amazed
And astonished. I am aware of
The Shepherd and His sheep.
I rejoice because of this and am
Filled with gratitude. I am
Thankful for who I am and the
Abilities I have been given.
I respect others and look for
The good in them. I love the
Tamarack trees, especially in
The fall when they change color
So subtly. I always look forward to
Spring and new beginnings.
