A black bird flies out of
The woods and over the water.
It looks like it’s going to dive
Into the lake and nab some food,
But at the last-minute rises and
Returns to the woods. You can
Only imagine what is going on.
It is still morning and the ten o’clock
Sun is almost blinding and shadows
May have changed the birds mind.
The mysteries of nature are profound
And it would not be wise to investigate
All the possibilities. The large black
Bird is our of the woods. It circles, lifts,
Dives, and repeats several times before
Finally giving up and moving on. It is
Wise to know when one is defeated
New days bring fresh chances at what
You wish to undertake. There is nothing
Wrong with failure as long as you are
Willing to try again. This is one of the
Secrets of successful living. Go for it,
