There is much to do not because we have

Been neglectful, but our world is topsy-turvy

There are less than beautiful folks that want

Our country to fail; to go completely green.

They are urged on by implicit stupidity following

The left-leaning queen.  Their thoughts are basic

Just this:  I can be done.  The cost is a real washout.

That is how the west was won.  Here we will go nowhere.

What we think we save, we spend on reclamation,

But look the other way.  If every ounce costs an ounce

And the amount won’t vary – what have we gained

In the long run?  Nothing and nothing won’t vary.

The foolish keep their minds locked; they think no

Need to open.  What we see doesn’t matter.

Their plan is to keep groping.  They want a single world

With one body to control; bringing equal states of misery

Which will eventually take its toll.  So now we begin to

Educate; point out the foolish idiots.  Turn the world

Right side up; yes, say yes, we can do it.

Sin, Evil, and Death

We are doomed=

The ransom has been paid

We have free will

What will we choose?

We cannot stop death

Evil and Sin are terror

We must be on our own

With the help of the Holy Spirit

Antiterrorists fighting evil

Progress and sin and

Although we cannot be the

Sacrificed Lamb

We must commit to goodness which

Presents opportunities in

Countless ways.  It will require

Sacrifice and giving in ways

That are not the most pleasant

But on reexamination, we will

Rely on courage and move

Forward to provide our own ransom.

Words so eloquent, so meaningful, and so powerful

They must be shared; broken down.  They mean the same

But somehow lose the impact, these words of Fleming Rutledge

Reduce us to stagger just before the knockout punch

Then we will look retrospectively; understand more positively

This is not a game but life and we are accountable, because

We have been told and even greater than that – understand –

So eternity is in our hands – not because we broke the reign or

To say it better: the reign was broken for us by Him.  Our

Condition was one of bondage under the reign of death.

We were never free nor was nature, but we were held under

The Power:  Sin, Evil, and Death.  Only an invasion by the one can

Save us and we are at risk, using finite words to describe Him –

Think finite one.  The futile ways of our ancestors, repeated by us

To this day called for the interruption of this, but also for a ransom

Not of earthly valuable things like gold and precious stones, but by

His precious blood.  Christ became the antiterrorist and the Lamb to

Be slaughtered.  The degree of our collective violations is equivalent

To the sacrifice or ransom, He paid for us on the cross.  We could

Almost be punch drunk because comprehension is so enormous

That even those closest to the living savior could not express

The truth in a way easily understood.
