Disinformation to fit their Trump-hating narrative

It is because of him that Asians are being attacked

Mostly by black activists, paid to do so by the left

This is going on but not covered by the media

We encapsulated the Japanese during WWII

Turned around a ship with 300 Jews who were

Fleeing from the Nazis’ during the same war by

President Franklin Delano Roosevelt 

This fact was not apparent in the media and 

Those who knew praised the President

And so it goes and continues 

Responsibility denied and then transferred

Then the opposite takes place—Blame Trump

And then take credit for his accomplishments, which

Took place during five years of duress and investigations,

As well as impeachment exercises which failed

We can count the lies told to the delight of the haters,

Later discredited, but too late to make an impact

Power is the name of the game.  The election was lost

But many questions remain including the integrity of

The United States Supreme Court which failed to hear

Valid objections because they arrived too early or late

So we have what we have, which includes buyer’s remorse

Our new occupant cannot answer questions unless

They are softball, predetermined, with the answers on Teleprompters

His first address was dour, sour, no real stimulation

We may have hot dogs on the 4th of July with our families,

That is if Comrade Napoleon Fauci says it is okay

Why didn’t he ask for schools to be reopened or businesses

To reopen?  Because it goes against the socialist agenda

People are talking---separating fact from fantasy
 
Most do not want dependency on the government

The occupant’s speech is Pablum---expectations are low

Goals already disconnected as the puppeteers 

Cannot get their stories straight, but what else is new?

We Must Ask Questions
The ideologues must not have their way
We have to see through
Their disguised path to socialism
We pass a 1.9 trillion dollar Covid-19 Relief Bill
Which only contains 9 percent relief for Covid-19
The other 91 percent goes to Blue State bail outs,
Infrastructure and other previously covered projects
But we must ask questions about debt
And the open borders and energy independence 
When science shows that the climate will change
Regardless of what we do and carbon dioxide is
A fertilizer for vegetation, shrubs and trees which
Give back to us life necessary oxygen 

We are foolish people loyal to our parties without
Noticing that they have changed over the last
Sixty years, mostly to our detriment as the players
Enrich themselves by selling their souls to the
Chamber of Commerce, open border advocates and
Other lobby interests, while we the taxed pay
We must ask if we need career politicians or
Would term limitations without the lifetime fringe benefits
Be desirable or would that be cruel and unworthy of us
Is the media and big tech ready to be overhauled?
Are billionaires going to be the ones calling the shots?

Is this still the country of the people, by the people and
For the people?  We must ask questions
We have all suffered personal loss.  We have collectively 
Lost soldiers in numerous wars, which were fought to
Preserve our freedoms.  This has been a heart-breaking burden
And now the right to life is being denied as we fund 
Planned Parenthood, here and abroad with our tax dollars
What kind of people do this---destroy the precious gift of life?
We are sick and need counseling, but then
Who do we go to for this?  We must ask questions

I see goodness

Many times

Am brought to tears

And cannot understand

The evil which exists

Many times because

We don’t know

What brings happiness

It is not control

As control leads to misery

Goodness is so great

When you see one person

Serving another in need

You cannot help being overwhelmed

On the other hand, when

We read about senseless murders

On the streets of our cities

We are halted and stunned

Our emotions are tattered

We will witness a person

Successfully leading a cause

Where many people

Will benefit equally

It makes us sing with joy

Attitude seems to be the difference

Love, honor and respect

Are all not bad

I see our country turning left

Socialism has never worked

Multi-millions have been murdered

By Mao, Stalin, and Hitler

We are better than this

Life is a precious gift

Let us not take it away

I listened to the occupant’s speech and

Thought of “Dr.” Morton Downey Jr. now deceased

But began to use the term Pablum puke

Here we had the occupant reading from

Prompters which he had rehearsed several times

He made it through without a blunder

But it was soft without credit to 

The previous administration even

Though he had run on the theme of unity

The occupant took credit for what already

Had been in place, never tipping the hat

To the previous administration which

Had developed project “Warp Speed” with success

Beyond expectations; just look back at

The fake news comments.  Not possible 

It takes at least five years, but the outsider

Came through in the midst of the pandemic

And the investigations and impeachments

We now have vaccines, thanks to him

The occupant propped himself up with the

Taking credit of the previous president.  He made no 

Mention of the threat of China or of concerns 

Of the border crisis.  We are being invaded

While his policies have stymied growth by stopping

The Keystone pipeline and the exploration of

Fossil fuels on federal properties; however

You cannot ask the occupant about this

Because his prompter was blank

This is serious and no one should mock his condition

He is easily confused and may react dangerously

Those who are making up his executive orders 

Are taking advantage of a man with early dementia

He, the occupant, has stated that he didn’t know 

What he was signing but went ahead and signed

Someone or a group of vile people are eating his lunch

The Trump Administration held a firm stance

But the new occupant has a wavering view

And with the genocidal CCP wants to dance

One can understand pre-election posturing

But despite public hyperbolic political criticisms

The policies are usually kept in place

Called intellectual honesty versus ideological automatism

But then what was good was stopped by a fumble

A softball question answered in confusion

China’s Uyghur genocide was attributed to different culture norms

Giving the totalitarian nation a green light for more intrusion

The occupant undermines his own staff

Sends potentially ambiguous and dangerous signals

To an adventurous and on the move nation

This is not good; a historical miscalculation; the bell jingles

Similar fumbles have led to war; history paints the picture

World War II; North Korean Invasion: Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait

Inconsistent view points on the Chinese Situation

Allow their analysts to reposition; they will not hesitate

Delve into spirituality

What make you feel good?

Being envious of others or

Looking into opportunity?

Helping and encouraging others

Put a cap on our ego

Remain respectful of others

Participate in good causes

No gloating at other’s misfortune

Accept reality for what it is

Attempt to make changes if necessary

Consider us all brothers and sisters

Realize that there is The Great Judge

The creator Who gave us free will

Do not consider walking away from Him

Remember His commandment

To Love Him above all things

And love our neighbor as ourselves

This is my credo

We should all wake up

Come alive and do good

The world needs people

Who can see the big picture

I wonder all the time

What those with the power

Are doing to our country

Everything was in flower

Many jobs available

Companies returning to the USA

Taxes lowered across the board

Plenty of time for play

Then the Chinese Wuhan Virus

Blamed on then President Trump

Bad policies by Comrade Napoleon Fauci

Actions like those of a sailor who is drunk

Wear a mask, if it makes you feel good

No need to even wear a mask

Then wear two masks said he

What was the thinking?  Was that his task?

The lock downs causing misery

Governors ruling by fiat

All to break resident Trump’s success

Then of course the peaceful riots

Now we have a new occupant

Who served 47 years doing nothing much

Then in 47 dismal days

Signed executive orders; as though out of touch

Why are those in power

Doing so much to destroy us?

If they could only see the light

But instead seek a country that is Marxist

It is sad to watch
Our country falter
Spending trillions of dollars
Which we do not have
To cover the cost 
Of past neglect by
The legislatures and
Governors of various States
Unfunded promises and
Mandates closing and
Bankrupting businesses
For many other there
Is little hope that they
Can return to normal
It was sad to watch
The peaceful protests
And in the process
Injure or kill innocent 
People along with the
Looting, setting fire to
And outright destruction
Of buildings, especially
Those of minorities who
Were just getting their
Feet on the ground 
Sad to watch our borders
Open to hundreds of thousands
Of people who have left
Their own country in hopes
Of a free lunch, home, 
Health care and schooling
We cannot have a country 
Without borders or fair elections
Without voter Identification
Or pace with the debt, no matter
How much we tax our people
We are the sheep being led by the wolf
I pray for enlightenment for myself
And all of our leaders

My call is received 
Auto-answer
All of the operators are busy
If I know the number of
The person I am dialing
I can hang up and dial it
Or else hang on and
They will be right there
I am waiting patiently
It has only been ten minutes
Not bad for a large company
I listen to the music and
Am just getting into it when
The recorded voice interrupts
With the same message
How long can this go on?
I used to know the owner
But that was twenty years ago
I was not important then
And am sure that category remains
So, I will not mention the fact
When a real person answers
I need some information
The cost of some of their furniture
Which I purchased in 2011, 2012, or 2013
Just in case I wish to sell it, if
I were lucky enough to find 
Someone who would wish
To purchase it from me
It is like new in condition and
Has served me well over the years
But now it is not vital that I have it
Well its over twenty minutes now
I just received a call on my land line
My daughter from California wants
To tell me about her new job
We go on for over a half-hour
Now it is fifty minutes and 
After their closing hour, but 
The auto-voice keeps right on going
I hang up that line and then the other
The stress slowly leaves my body

I see the fence along the dune holding back
Or holding in; a personality all its own
Wonder is my only word; beauty there:  
Behind, before, above and forever
Give someone credit for the installation
Others may say:  make him pay
I grieve because of human conflict
Find joy in nature’s tolerance
The beauty will be forever
With or without mortal beings
We trust in the rising sun
I disdain the arrogance of fools
We will never sort it out
That is not what humans do
I will watch the fencing 
Between the waves and the shore
Give and take is the nature of that dual
There is no victory; there is no defeat
What remains is ecstasy which can’t be explained
You make of it what you will
There is no right; no wrong; no worries 
Change is a constant and 
Will remain long after us
Beyond the dunes the Piping Plovers agree
They have moved to new territory
We long for inner peace and
Want our journey to be serene
Hard-fast rules will get in the way
Live free:  observant of all you can take in
From glaciers to snow fence in 14,000 years
Does anyone need a guru?
Enjoy these fleeting moments
Acknowledge the romantic show
Be aware of wonder and appreciate
People are leaving old territories
Instead of working for their rights
We must encourage them to build 
Their own government of freedom
We cannot and must not invite them
To cross our fence for a free lunch or soon
We will all be hungry and without hope
The tides of evil must not prevail
