How do we gain relief?
When we have no power
Living in disbelief
In the midst of so much sorrow
What is there left
To help us the bereft
A petition to your King
Has that request been mentioned?
He hears our voices ring
We have His attention
We put it in His hand
The outcome will be grand
What is there to muster?
Meaningful to Him
What can add to His luster?
More than just a whim
Set aside a day for praise
And on it let our voices raise
