Sometimes it’s funny, but
then the same trip over
the same shells will be painful
as it was the first time
Short term memory?
We forget. Was it funny?
Was it painful?
Which stand do you take?
Should you take a new direction?
Look for more uniformity in condition?
How can you remember this if
you can’t remember that?
Remembering or the inability to
can be a self-serving proposition
You can’t remember this, but
you remember every detail of that
Having it both ways seems arrogant
Know what music to play
The Pied Piper did
Got rid of the rats
Reality plays a different tune
Truth cannot be altered
It is implied, maligned, slanted,
Colored to your own benefit
But it never changes
You make it yours by twisting it
Causing others to suffer
because of your take on it
Still it doesn’t change
nor does it alter any and all good
that preceded it
The short termer can’t remember
Isn’t that convenient?
Why remember something that
Supersedes the myth
It takes away your position of power
Sorry, I don’t play that game
I’m not into power
My choice is to serve
Too bad for you and
